The singers in the Choral Connection are all “connected” to the director, Dr. Mark Webb, as friends, former students, and/or colleagues. The choir’s collaborative pianist, Mr. Todd Wilkie, has worked together with Mark for several years. During the spring of 2022, Mark asked these folks to rehearse and record several of his compositions and arrangements. It didn’t take long to realize that this was a very special choir, and discussions started about the possibility of presenting live performances.

The choir has performed in churches in and around Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our practice is to invite the church choir and a local high school choir to share the program, thus “connecting” multiple generations of singers with the community through choral music.
